Diversity Search Partners hosts private receptions for clients to meet high caliber candidates in a quasi-social context. These private receptions and information sessions serve both the potential hires and the hiring client well by allowing each to form an impression of the other prior to embarking on a hiring process. It serves the employers by providing a forum for their firm and its employees to be appropriately represented. The potential candidates get an opportunity to present themselves in person, better highlighting their skills, capabilities and traits. Both client companies and candidates typically find these receptions to be informative, productive, and a significant value-add to their respective quests. These relationships provide opportunities for interaction over the short to long term, allowing both parties to assess fit and act accordingly, In cases when required, candidate's company identity may be kept confidential.
