Chad Smith
President Collegiate Recruiting

Based in Louisville KY, Mr. Smith oversees the firm’s strategic initiatives and processes developing corporate branding strategies targeted towards former college and professional athletes.  Mr. Smith also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for The Corporate Playbook.

 

Prior to joining Diversity Search Partners in 2007, Mr. Smith serverd as Executive Vice President of Development for DHR International/JobPlex, Inc, one of largest executive recruiting firms internationally.  Mr. Smith specialized in sales force recruiting and corporate business development while managing directors in over 40 states nationwide. Additional roles include Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Corporate Trainer, and a leading Senior Account executive at Yellow Book, USA, and TransWestern Publishing, both advertising companies that focused on print and online advertising. Mr Smith received his BA in Business Administration / Marketing from Rochester College in Rochester Hills, MI.  Mr Smith was a college letterman in both football at Abilene Christian University and baseball at Rochester College, where he was recognized with the ‘Wes Taphin’ top college athlete award for the NSCA Division.
