CONTAINER SEARCH

Simply stated, a "container search" is a combination contingency search with an estimated retainer fee paid up front to cover expenses.   One-third of the estimated annual starting salary (at 25%) is paid upon agreement to take the search.  The balance will be due immediately on the start date of the new employee.  The one-third fee is not refundable.  This fee ensures Diversity Search Partners that our research and recruiting efforts (which are always conducted like a retained search) are covered.  This also gives the client more of an incentive to seriously consider the candidates that are being submitted for their review.  Diversity Search Partners standard guaranteed replacement is 90 days.


CONTINGENCY SEARCH

Our firm will conduct exclusive and semi-exclusive contingency searches.  An exclusive search means that the search will not be given to any other search firm within 10 days at the same time.  This does not mean that advertisements cannot be placed.   Diversity Search Partners conducts  a contingency search with the same "zeal" and attention that we would with a retained search.   Diversity Search Partners avoids requisitions targeted by multiple search firms as the client's reputation may become tarnished when potential candidates are contacted by multiple firms. Diversity Search Partners standard guaranteed replacement is 60 days.

HOURLY CONTINGENCY SEARCH - (Our specialty)

Our client's also have the option of performing an "hourly contingency search" at the current charge of $70 per hour.  We will perform all of the activities associated with a traditional retained search but on an hourly basis.   An average search assignment takes 80-120 hours to complete successfully.   There is a three month replacement guarantee.
